Going on a pescatarian diet πŸ₯¬πŸ€πŸ£πŸ₯—

Tonight’s dinner pan seared salmon with sautΓ©ed mixed greens and asparagus πŸ₯˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ (starting my pescatarian diet πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜Ž (check back for daily updates)  Garlic and butter salmon dinner  πŸ₯˜   What you will need.  4 medium sized pieces of salmon  Minced garlic Parsley flakes  One cube of unsalted butter and one cube of regular butter  🧈   Mixed greens  πŸ₯¬   Asparagus  ******************************************** Seasonings  πŸ§‚   Garlic salt  Paprika  Black pepper ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🧈 1st put both cubes of butter in a bowl add one spoonful of minced garlic , table spoon of parsley , season lightly with garlic salt and pepper.  Heat in microwave for 45 second at a time until melted stir really good and set aside.  πŸ₯˜ *** πŸ₯¬ NEXT STEP πŸ₯’ *** Chop : Spinach  Mixed greens of your choice  Baby tomatoes  πŸ…   White onion  Mini bell pepper  2 mini bell pepper , 1 orange and 1 red sli
