Salmon and greens πŸ₯¬ πŸ₯˜πŸ˜‹

Tonight’s dinner pan seared salmon with sautΓ©ed mixed greens and asparagus πŸ₯˜πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ (starting my pescatarian diet πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜Ž (check back for daily updates) 



Garlic and butter salmon dinner πŸ₯˜ 

What you will need. 

  • 4 medium sized pieces of salmon 

  • Minced garlic

  • Parsley flakes 

  • One cube of unsalted butter and one cube of regular butter πŸ§ˆ 

  • Mixed greens πŸ₯¬ 

  • Asparagus

Seasonings πŸ§‚ 

  • Garlic salt 
  • Paprika 
  • Black pepper

  • 🧈1st put both cubes of butter in a bowl add one spoonful of minced garlic , table spoon of parsley , season lightly with garlic salt and pepper. 

  • Heat in microwave for 45 second at a time until melted stir really good and set aside. πŸ₯˜

Chop :
  • Spinach 
  • Mixed greens of your choice 
  • Baby tomatoes πŸ… 
  • White onion 
  • Mini bell pepper 
  • 2 mini bell pepper , 1 orange and 1 red sliced 
  • Season lighting with garlic salt , pepper , paprika to you preferred taste

NEXT STEP 
Pre heat over to 350 

  • Cut ends of asparagus (unless you like them) 
  • Place them on a cookie/baking sheet spread out. Rub olive oil on , season with garlic salt and pepper rub around 
  • put in over at , 12-18 minutes depends on how you want them.

•Rub olive oil on salmon , season with garlic salt, pepper , and paprika let sit until asparagus is done

NEXT STEP
(when asparagus is done) 

  • Turn iron skillet on 6 start to cook each side 5 min,  pressing down the spatula at the end for a few seconds for a nice seer 


At the same time in separate pan , sautΓ© the mixed greens , half of a white onion , 2 bell peppers  chopped And seasoned 

Until both are done. At the end before turning off the heat , add spoonfuls of the melted butter and garlic mix on top of salmon and all veggies , serve and enjoy πŸ₯˜
