Going on a pescatarian diet 🥬🍤🍣🥗

Salmon and greens 🥬 🥘😋

Tonight’s dinner pan seared salmon with sautéed mixed greens and asparagus 🥘😋😋 (starting my pescatarian diet 😃😎 (check back for daily updates)  Garlic and butter salmon dinner  🥘   What you will need.  4 medium sized pieces of salmon  Minced garlic Parsley flakes  One cube of unsalted butter and one cube of regular butter  🧈   Mixed greens  🥬   Asparagus  ******************************************** Seasonings  🧂   Garlic salt  Paprika  Black pepper ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🧈 1st put both cubes of butter in a bowl add one spoonful of minced garlic , table spoon of parsley , season lightly with garlic salt and pepper.  Heat in microwave for 45 second at a time until melted stir really good and set aside.  🥘 *** 🥬 NEXT STEP 🥒 *** Chop : Spinach  Mixed greens of your choice  Baby tomatoes  🍅   White onion  Mini bell pepper  2 mini bell pepper , 1 orange and 1 red sli

Ashtanga Yoga – Is it right for you? 🧘🏽‍♀️

Ashtanga Yoga is the type of yoga which was developed and founded by K. Pattabhi Jois. This type of yoga is known as the Eight Limb Yoga which has revolved in Pattanjali's enormous idea. It presented that the path of purification is made up of the eight spiritual practices.  The first four limbs that represent Ashtanga Yoga are – yama, niyama, Asana and the Pranayama. These are considered cleansing practices which are externally correctable. The other set of limbs which are the – pratyahara, dhyana, dharana are the internal practies.  These limbs can only be corrected by the proper application of the Ashtanga Yoga method. This type of yoga method is quite dangerous to the mind.  K.
